Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove lies between the Coral Gables and Brickell. It has a lot of history as a city of Miami-Dade while maintaining a modern vibe in the Cocowalk area. Houses and apartments can be found within walking distance of Cocowalk. There’s a continuously running shuttle to the Metrorail. This neighborhood is ideal for those who want to live in a more relaxed, friendly residential area without towers yet be in close proximity to both the Health District and the amenities of main campus in Coral Gables.
